Cutting way1. High speed double saw machine
There are this machine in plywood factory
The machine is one of sizer for cutting plywood
The machine has 2 shaft (2 pieces saw blades)
Number of rotation (N) is high (7000 ~ 8000 rpm) because feeding speed is High.
if feeding speed is high and N is low (Sz is High), it is easy to occur tear outs.
Plywood factory has usually two machines (Basically side and end)

2. Rip saw machine and Gang rip saw machine
The machine for along grain. material is feeding by caterpillar automatically. Rip saw machine is setting only one saw blade. Gang rip saw machine have long shaft, and it is possible to cut in the width that you want by setting spacer between saw blade and the others.

3. Running saw machine
Picture of Running SawThe machine is for cutting PB (big and stacked) etc.
The machine has two shafts. the first shaft is grooving by scoring Saw and second shaft is for cutting by bigger saw blades. This way is possible to cut clearly (material upper face and lower face). Material is fixed and the saw unit is moving during cutting. The Special machine has function of scoring saw is jumping at the end for cutting clearly at the side end.

Rotation of spindle machineThe shaft is fixed and material is feeding by caterpillar. There are two cutting unit(Interval between two unit is possible to change freely. The Cutting size is free.
This way is possible to cut clearly like running saw (material upper face and lower face). some user is using this machine for cutting floor material and some user is using for cutting laminated board in stead of running saw.
5. Molder machine
Picture of Vertical SpindleThe machine has plural shaft (upper, left, right, last shaft for cutting by saw blades. we insert in material, then each tool (Planer, cutter) work to make shape or to make finishing surface, saw blade work to cut material at last in necessary case. There are special molder that last shaft are vertical (left and right).
